Two Days’ Profits
(N.Z. Pres* Association) AUCKLAND. The gate-takings for the last two days of the AustraliaNew Zealand cricket test at Eden Park should be clear profit for the New Zealand Cricket Council. Yesterday 10,000 people paid £2250 to watch the second day of the test, bringing the progress takings for the match to £3320 and for the tour to £22,084. The council estimated that the total expenses for the tour would be £22,000.
