SALE OF LAND—BRITANNIA STREET AND CORNER OF RUDDS ROAD AND GRIFFITHS AVENUE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Christchurch City Council held on Monday, the 20th day of March, 1967, the following resolution was passed and it will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on Monday, the 17th day of April, 1967, at 8 p.m. at the Council Chambers, 194 Manchester street: "IN PURSUANCE of the powers vested in it by Section 150 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to sell by private treaty the under-mentioned property: (1) "Lot 75. D.P. 6475, Part R.S 33181, containing an area of 20 perches comprised In C.T. 387/250 and situated in Britannia street (between house numbers 40 and 44). (2) "Lot 56, D.P. 22248, containing an area of 1 rood 6.1 perches comprised in C.T. 504/250 and situated at the corner of Rudds road and Griffiths avenue.” (Thia refers to two Council sections which It Is proposed to sell as residential rites.)
