Victoria Holds Lead In University Contest

Victoria University yesterday held its lead in the New Zealand universities’ Easter sporting tournament in Wellington.
Victoria, with 32 points, heads Canterbury and Otago (26 points) at the start of the final day’s competition today. Davit Cup.—The Philippines completed a 5-0 win over South Korea yesterday in the eastern zone Davis Cup tie, played at Manila. S. Ang beat D. Hwan Kim, 6-4, 6-0, 6-1, and E. Cruz beat C. Yang Im, 6-4, 6-4, 6-0.
