Gold Rush Monument
(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, March 15. The largest existing goldcrushing plant in the North Island will be moved to Thames by the Hauraki Prospectors* Association as a monument to the gold rush days which began 100 years ago.
At present situated in the rugged hill country at Neavesville, about 10 miles from Thames, the plant will be erected on land belonging to the Railways Department.
