Report Not Admitted

The Criminal Court Judge ruled that the voluminous report would not be admitted. The defence lawyer for Clay Shaw, charged by the District Attorney, Mr Jim Garrison, with taking part in the plot, immediately filed a bill of exception laying the groundwork for an appeal.
