FATHER SWEARS IN SON.—Mr Justice T. Clark, of the United States Supreme Court, swearing in his son, Mr Ramsey Clark, as Federal AttorneyGeneral in the presence of President Johnson. The ceremony took place in the offices of the Justice Department, Washington. Mr Justice Clark has announced that he will retire from the Bench to avoid any conflict of interest. He once held the office now assumed by his son.
