INTER-CHURCH SCHOOL.—A bookstall at the Inter-Church School, held at the Salvation Army Citadel yesterday, offered a wide variety of reading for supplementary studies. Smith, secretary of the women’s committee of the Christchurch branch of the National Council of Churches; Mother Zoe, Mother Superior of the Community of the Sacred Name and one of the speakers; Miss V. Bargrove, registrar of the school; the Rev. R. M. O’Grady, assistant general secretary of the National Council of Churches in New Zealand and a speaker at the school; and Mrs H. J. Crawford, president of the committee.
