Mrs Gandhi Explains (N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) NEW DELHI, March 13. The Prime Minister, Mrs Indira Gandhi, said today her new Government would continue to follow the policies of “democratic socialism” at home and “non-align-ment” abroad, the “New York Times” news service reported.
