L. FERRIS. March 13, 1967.
Sir,—For many months I have been taxed, very much against my will, for money to send an Army team to Vietnam to knock people about Now the Red Cross plans to organise a national appeal for £BOOO to send a medical team to Vietnam to patch the same people up. As far as I am concerned the incomprehensible men who are running this country have my full permission to use taxation money for medical aid purposes; it would be disloyal of me to contribute to an appeal whose purpose is in direct opposition to our armed intervention in Vietnam.—Yours, etc., COSMOSIAN. March 13, 1967.
