Malvern Rate Collection
Rates collected by the Malvern County Council before the imposition of the 10 per cent penalty this year were £86,905, the County Clerk (Mr B. W. Perrin) told the council.
This represented a collection of 99.14 per cent compared with 99.25 per cent last year. More than £30,000 was collected during the last week for payment
