CADETS TENDERS are Invited for the provision of a course of flying training for Air Traffic Control Cadets of the Department of Civil Aviation. The maximum number to be trained is 13 and the training is to be carried out during the period June 26, 1967, to August 4. 1967. The training to be carried out involves 60 hours* flying per cadet, comprising 33 hours’ dual instruction, including 8 hours’ instrument flying on a limited panel and 2 hours’ night flying, . and 27 hours' solo flying, including 2 hours’ at night and a flight test for the issue of a Private Pilot Licence. A course of instruction in ground subjects to the appropriate stage will have been completed prior to the ffying training course. The training is to be carried : out in aircraft equipped with 2-way VHF radio telephone at - an aerodrome where air traffic 1 control is in attendance. 1 Tenders are to be based on training either 4 or 13 cadets.
