Floral Festival At Rangiora

L. Pickering, when he officially opened the North Canterbury and Rangiora floral festival yesterday afternoon. “While we unduly decry the modern generation, we would do well to observe the local voluntary and service organisations m our midst,” he continued. “Rangiora sets a very fine example, and has received well-deserved support for this excellent project from widespread orgimisations,” said Mr Pickering. “This whole thing has snowballed,” said the president of the Rangiora Lions Club (Mr M.
