Far East Cuts
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, Feb. 28. Britain hopes to reduce her Far East forces by between 18,000 and 23,000 by the end of next year, the Defence Secretary, Mr Denis Healey, told the House of Commons last night. He was speaking in a two-day debate on defence.
