Two Houses Sold

A four-roomed square house at 31 Draper street, Richmond, was sold for £2570 at public auction yesterday. The property was offered on account of the estate of Nellie Barber by Mr E. G. Keenan. Outbuildings on the section of 41 perches, zoned residential B, include a garage, a glasshouse, and a shed. The Government valuation is £l6OO.
