‘Fire-Happy’ Youth (N.Z. Press Assn.— Copyright) ADELAIDE, Feb. 27. A youth caused 293,000 dollars worth of damage by setting fire to several large city buildings because he was “fire-happy,” the Adelaide Magistrate’s Court was told today. Robert Charles Marchant, aged 19, a labourer, of Port Pirie, faced three charges of arson and one of escaping from legal custody .
