Troop Move Predicted
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW YORK, Feb. 27. Australia and New Zealand may send more troops to South Vietnam in the next few months, “Newsweek” magazine said yesterday. The magazine said in its “Periscope” column: “Government sources in Canberra and Wellington say that each country might shift its infantry battalion now stationed in Malaysia to Vietnam. “The two battalions, each with about 1000 men, are part of a British Commonwealth force sent to help Malaysia during its ‘confrontation’ with Indonesia.”
