(N.Z.P.A. ’Reuter—Copyright) LONDON. Top of the pops among pets in Britain are budgerigars, according to the Central Office of Information’s latest official handbook. Research workers found that the budgerigar population is 4,750,000, compared with 4,200,000 cats and 4,100, 000 dogs.
