SEVEN BRIDES
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Feb. 26. Mr and Mrs A. J. Martin, of Hayden avenue, Epsom, will have seen five daughters marry this year. Two others are already married and they have two to go. There are also five sons, bringing the total to 14 children. Mrs Nancy Martin, cleaning up after the first of the five weddings arranged for this year, said today: "We couldn’t possibly manage if the children didn’t rally round and make it an allfamily effort.” The girls do the cater-
ing and Mrs Martin makes the wedding dresses. All the receptions are held at the family’s large house at Epsom. Saturday’s bride was 20 - year - old Maureen, whose twin sister, Margaret, will marry in October.
