The up-and-coming Kurdistan mare Happy Day will attempt to win her sixth race in two months and her second in as many starts in open company, in the Gore Gold Cup, main event on the second day of the Gore Racing Club’s summer meeting tomorrow. Happy Day was a runaway winner on the first day at Gore. She will be in another weak field tomorrow, and with her front-running tactics should win on the turning Gore The weather was fine earlier in the week but was overcast and threatening yesterday.
