FOREST SERVICE LAND PREPARATION FOR PLANTING EYREWELL FOREST Written tender* closing on Friday February 3, 1967, with the Conservator of Forests, Box 513, Christchurch, are invited for LAND PREPARATION FOR PLANTING BY SHALLOW RIPPING AT EYREWELL FOREST. Shallow ripping i« to be at a minimum depth of 18 inches and at 8 feet intervals on an approximate area of 473 acres. Intending tenderers may quote for the shallow ripping on (1) an hourly hire rate covering equipment to be used and (2) a rate per acre. The nature of the equipment (to be supplied and maintained by the tenderer) to be stated. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Work to be commenced within 10 days of acceptance of tender and to be completed by April 20, 1967.
