Pedestrian Killed
(N.Z. Press Association) ROTORUA, Jan. 23. An elderly pedestrian was killed on the Rotorua-Tau-ranga highway near Rotokawa, about four miles from Rotorua, on Saturday night. He was Jack Kirkland Watt, aged about 65, married, a workman, of Rotorua.
The Rotorua police said today that they had been unable to locate relatives Mr Watt is believed to have in New Zealand. They are seeking information.
