Partial Recovery On Market
Trading on New Zealand share markets showed a partial recovery yesterday as rises headed falls by more than two to one.
New Zealand leaders led the rise. N.Z. Forest gained Id to 20s 5d while New Zealand Breweries added 4d to 12s 9d. Fletcher recovered 3d to 16s 9d and J. Wattie rights
added 2d to 4s lid in active bidding. The only overseas share to change was 8.H.P., down 3d to 54s 6d. Burnetts shed 2d to 5s lOd. Turn-over was light.
