LAYING OF SEWER
Section Under Colombo St. Work on the section of the Hereford street sewer being laid across Colombo street should be completed this morning to allow two-lane traffic at the intersection. Mr B. J. O’Shaughnessy, managing director of B. J. O’Shaughnessy and Sons, Ltd., said last night that work began on the intersection at 4 a.m. on Saturday and was continued for 18 hours. Work began again at 6 a.m. yesterday and finished at 4 p.m. Work would begin again today at 4.30 a.m., and Colombo street should be clear by 8 a.m.
