French Veto Likely (N.Z.P. A. -Reuter—Copyright) PARIS, Jan. 22. President de Gaulle would again veto Britain’s bid for entry In the European Common Market if the question was put to him this week, informed sources said. It was a matter of timing, they said. If Britain was willing to wait, President de Gaulle might consent to her entry into the market He was hopeful the Prime Minister (Mr Wilson) would not press for an immediate “yes” or “no” on Britain’s bid to enter the market. Mr Wilson is scheduled to confer with French officials here on Tuesday and Wednesday.
