Fourth Man Chosen
(From Our Own Reporter) WELLINGTON. An 18-year-old Aucklander, H. Broun, has been added to the 1967 New Zealand Davis Cup team as the fourth man. This was announced by the chairman of the management committee of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association (Mr G. C. Reid) on Saturday. Earlier in the week, the committee announced that it would ask the selectors to make recommendations. Broun’s inclusion is still subject to the consent of his parents. If this is obtained he will join B. E. Fairlie (Auckland), O. Parun (Wellington), and K. Woolcott (Hutt Valley) in the touring team. Named as the non-travel-ling reserve for the team is P. Fyfe, aged 18, of Auckland, and formerly of Hutt Valley.
