Another. Nagle
The name of Nagle will not be lost to golf on the unlikely day that the great Australian professional, K. D. G. Nagle, retires. Nagle’s 19-year-old son, Colin, recently won the New South Wales apprentice professionals’ championship at the St Michael’s course.
Nagle junior, who is senior assistant at the KUI- - Golf Club, is a stronglybuilt player. With equanimity typical of his father, he recovered from a treblebogey eight after losing a ball at the par five 17th hole to win his first championship by three strokes.
