Napier Wool Average
(N.Z. Press Association) NAPIER, Dec. 30. Greasy wool sold at the Napier wool sale on December 9 averaged 36.858 d per lb. —about 6d less than the average of 42.869 d in December of last year. The gross return to growers was £379,303 less at £1,396,868, but 1906 fewer bales, at 26,714, were offered.
