There are excellent prospects for further promotion to higher operating positions. Married or single accommodation available. For the Tuai position relief duties at Kaitawa and Piripaua are involved. The Department has numerous mechanical and electrical tradesmen vacancies at various locations for power station maintenance: experience in these positions is an advantage for promotion into the power station operating field.
