Police Study Girl’s Death
(N.Z. Pre»« Association) AUCKLAND, Dec. 30. Detectives were tonight investigating the death of a 15-year-old girl in a house at Hokonui road, Otahuhu. She was: Miss Averill Elizabeth Hopkins, of West Tamaki road, Glen Innes. An ambulance driver, Mr L. C. Rushton, applied a minuteman resuscitator on the girl for about 50 minutes without success.
