THIEF TAKES STAMPS
27,000 Worth £3OOO (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 30. More than 27,000 stamps, valued at £3OOO, were stolen on Wednesday from a Wellington stamp collector. The stamps are mounted in 13 loose-leaf albums, some with red covers and others in blue, green and black. Anyone offered the stamps should get in touch with the police immediately. The police did not disclose how or from where the stamps were stolen.
