Ryan Appeal Dismissed

MELBOURNE, Dec. 30. The Victorian Full Court this afternoon unanimously dismissed Ronald Ryan’s appeal for a stay of execution. But the three Judges expressed the view that he should not be executed when a bona fide appeal to the Privy Council had been launched. They were unanimous that the application for an Injunction under the civil powers ol the Court was misconceiveu.
