Calls From Crowd
“Persons calling out ‘chicken’ did little to ease a very tense situation,” said Acting Inspector E. S. Tuck after the man had been taken away.
“Had those persons been identified among the crowd, it is possible that they would have been arrested and charged with disorderly conduct
“Their irresponsible conduct could have induced this unfortunate man to take the fatal plunge,” he said.
