One Per Cent Very Gifted
(N Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, Dec. 21. An experimental committee in Hamilton has found that about 1 per cent of the city’s school children can be classified as “exceptionally gifted.” The committee has reached this conclusion after five years’ research.
