Cottage Sold For £1050
A cottage on a section of 11 perches at 34 Cross street, Linwood, was sold for £lO5O at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr D. R. Smith.
The cottage has three bedrooms, living room, kitchenette, and bathroom. The Government valuation is £1225, and the rates are £l9 2s. The initial bid was £750. There were three bids of £lOO.
