Decree Nisi Granted
On an undefended petition for divorce, heard before Mr Justice Macarthur in the Supreme Court, Shelagh Margaret Kernahan (Mr J. G. Leggat) has been granted a decree nisi against her husband, Derek Harold Keraahan, a former accountant and now a prison inmate (Mr P. G. S. Penlington) on the ground of his adultery with Dinah Edith Rosser, a married woman, formerly of Christchurch and now of Auckland.

Mr* Vai Gardiner underwent an emergency operation for grave head Injuries. Her condition was described by hospitalauthorities as critical.
