Bank Meeting Relayed

WELLINGTON, Dec. 16.
Three hundred New Zealand shareholders of the Bank of New South Wales heard a direct telephone relay from the bank’s annual meeting in Sydney yesterday. , Shareholders from as far afield as Auckland and Gore gathered in Wellington to hear the relay. A bank spokesman said this unique step had been taken because of the large support the bank had in New Zealand. Cable communication between Sydney and the Wellington gathering went without a hitch.
