(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 8. The hearing of evidence in the tug and dredge engineers’ dispute concluded in Wellington today. Proceedings began yesterday. The arbitrator, Mr C. H. Benny, reserved his decision. The engineers* representatives were led by the institute’s secretary, Mr C. Harnett, of Auckland, and the harbours association representatives by the secretary, Mr R. E. Dawson.
