(Inc.) for an increase in cartage rates in rural areas and towns, the Commissioner of Transport has cancelled Decison Nos. 2220 and 2221, which authorised increases of 3 p.c. and 2i p.c. respectively on rural area and town cartage rate schedules, and granted in lieu thereof an increase of 4 p.c.
