Bankruptcy Discharges
Unconditional discharges from bankruptcy were granted by Mr Justice Macarthur in the Supreme Court yesterday to Royland John Dunford, a printer (Mr B. A. Barrer), and Melville Charles Bower, a safety inspector (Mr J. E. Ryan). The Official Assignee (Mr T. A. F. Withers) consented to both discharges. Petition Dismissed
A petition to wind up W. R. Inwood, Ltd., builders and contractors, was dismissed on the application of the petitioning creditor, the Jarrah Timber Company, Ltd. (Mr Ryan), a settlement of matters having been announced. Divorce Decree
On an undefended petition for divorce, Marion Arthur, a married woman, of Dunedin (Mr J. G. Rutherford), was granted a decree just against her husband, James Arthur, a business manager, of Sydney, on the ground of three years’ separation.
