TAUMARUNUI, Dec. 5
The final stage in the £1.7 million project to change to modern signalling and centralised control on the main Auckland-Wellington trunk line was completed at Taumarunui today. This brings all 321 miles of the singleline section of the 423-mile Auckland-Wellington line under the new centralised traffic control
