TROOP EXIT SOUGHT
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW YORK, Dec. 6. The Soviet Union and 13 other countries yesterday called for the withdrawal of all American and other foreign troops from South Korea within six months. A draft resolution to the General Assembly’s main political committee also asked that the “Korean question” should not be discussed in the United Nations in the future.
Cousins Goes.—Mr Frank Cousins, aged 61, the former Minister of Technology, who left the British Cabinet over the Government wage-freeze policy last July, today resigned his seat in Parliament —London, December 6.
