Verification Of Circulations
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 4. The need for a standardised and acceptable form of audited circulations of all publications sold in New Zealand has been recognised by the tarnation of the Audit Bureau of Circulations. Its purpose would be to verify by means of a standard procedure the circulations of newspapers, magazines and other publications sold in New Zealand, said the interim secretary of the bureau, Mr J. L. Hill. The bureau was formed by representation by newspaper proprietors, advertising agencies, and adwtiaers.
