Defended Petition For Divorce
The hearing of a defended petition for divorce began before Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday, and will continue today, evidence for the petitioner being not yet complete. The suit is brought by William Richard Airey, a foreman carpenter (Mr S. G. Erber) against his wife, Nettie Alice Airey, a cashier (Mr B. J. Drake), on the ground of alleged adultery with Terence John Palmer, a theatre projectionist (Mr R. G. Blunt) on or about July 21, 1965. Both Mrs Airey and Palmer deny the allegation.
