“Couldn’t Stop”
“We couldn’t get started In open meeting, and when we went into committee, we couldn’t stop,” said Cr. R. S. Mayer, reporting to the Paparua County Council meeting last night on a recent Road Safety Council discussion on drinking and driving. It was a subject that concerned everybody, but members could not say what they wanted to in open meeting, he added.
