44 Tumultuous” Welcome (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) DEL RIO, (Texas), Dec. 4. President Johnson flew south of the border to embrace President Gustavo Ordaz, of Mexico, on an international bridge, and receive a tumultuous welcome from thousands of cheering Mexicans yesterday. The two Presidents met on the international bridge between Del Rio, Texas, and Ciudad Acuna, Mexico, and then began a tour of the 78 million dollar United States-Mexican Amistad dam.
