Jordan May Retaliate
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) AMMAN, Dec. 4. King Hussein has said Jordan might carry the war across Israel’s borders and not limit herself to a defence role in case of further attacks on her territory.
“If Israel wants war, we shall fight with all our strength,” the King told a palace press conference here yesterday.
In case of attack Jordan “might cross the armistice line.”
