Premium Move Welcomed
(N.Z. Press Association)
AUCKLAND, Nov. 28.

Horrocks, president of the association, said today. He was commenting on Australia’s controversial new car insurance scheme, under which premiums will be assessed on vehicles makes as well as on the driver’s record. A similar scheme will probably be introduced in New Zealand.
