The world recordholder, R. G. Clarke, and visiting Kenyan athletes have been barred from carrying free advertisements for sponsors at the athletics meeting to be held at Olympic Park on December 8 and 15. Clarke and other athletes caused a stir when they carried the name of a cereal firm on their chests at the last international meeting.
