The Society of Welsh Rugby Referees will meet on Friday to discuss the outburst by the Wallaby tour manager, Mr W. McLaughlin.
Mr McLaughlin attacked one of its members, Mr O. Bet an. for his control of the Wallabies’ match against Swansea last Saturday.
The society secretary, Mr S. John, said yesterday: “We lune good and
maybe not so good referees. but we do not have biased ones. This charge is very disturbing.”
