A WOULD-BE “FUEHRER.”—This man, wearing a Nazi brown shirt and Nazi war-time decorations, entered the West German Bundestag (Parliament) in Bonn on Monday and shouted: “The new greeting is ‘Heil Schaefer!' lam the new Reich Chancellor.” The man, who was led away by the police for questioning, said he was Heinz Schaefer, a war veteran and a retired baker.
